Nutripack Olen, a subsidiarie of Groupe Impact, is specialized production site in the manufacturing of packaging solutions through thermoforming molding for the food industry (bakeries, chocolate factories, and agri-food businesses, among others).

The site currently employs around 20 people and aims to grow.

We are looking for an experienced Project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plastics product design and project management, as well as the ability to work closely with the production and quality teams.

Responsabilities : 

- Lead and follow projects from the customer demand to trhe final vaidation. Taking care off all steps (drawing, prototyping, tooling, testing, customer follow up).

- Design and develop plastic products using CAD software (TOP SOLID).
- Carry out feasibility studies and technical analyses for new projects.
- Working with production teams to optimise manufacturing processes.
- Monitoring and updating drawings and technical documents on the existing ERP system (Globis).
- Leading in project meetings and proposing innovative solutions to improve products and processes (product recyclability, thickness, new materials, etc.).
- Organise and monitor product trials with the customer.

Qualifications:

- Degree in materials science engineering, plastics processing or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a plastics engineering design office.
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (TOP SOLID, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes (thermoforming).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, autonomous, able to take the lead in improving processes
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
